Adam Zert
I'm a Prague-based entrepreneur working in real estate and agriculture, with projects in both the Czech Republic and the United States.
I studied economics at the University of Economics in Prague and the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, and spent part of my education in the United States. That experience helped me combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to business.
My real estate work based in Florida is focused on property investment, development, and management. In the Czech Republic, I buy and renovate older houses and apartments giving them a second life and lasting value.
I care about doing things properly and building projects that last. My work connects two fields that define me: real estate, which is about creating something solid and lasting, and agriculture, which continues my family's legacy of working with the land.
I keep learning through courses, conferences, and collaborations, always looking for new ideas that can move my work forward in meaningful ways.

Filip Lhotsky
Filip is Adam's partner in property acquisition, construction, and renovation in both the Czech Republic and the United States.
A practical mind with a hands-on approach, he likes to keep things under control — coordinating construction teams and activities, often joining the work himself to stay connected to the real process and the people behind it.
Jacob Eister
Jacob is a real estate agent based in Florida, servicing the area of Fort Myers and Naples, handling property sales and rentals. His long-term partnership with Adam allows us to expand our portfolio and stay connected to the local market.
Together, we also manage properties for Jacob's clients, ensuring reliable service and long-term value for each home.
Hana Humrova
Hana oversees property management in both the United States and the Czech Republic. She takes care of long-term tenants, short-term guests, and the properties themselves — making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels at home.
She also works closely with Adam, helping coordinate daily operations and supporting the growth of new projects and ideas.
Jesus Gonzales
Jesus is our general contractor, supporting the construction and renovation of our properties in Florida. He oversees both the practical and administrative sides of each project — from materials and on-site work to inspections, permits, and coordination with local authorities. Together with his team, he's also available for maintenance and repairs, making sure everything stays in top shape when needed.
Dayleen Torres
Dayleen runs a cleaning company in Florida and works with her team to maintain our properties — from regular turnovers between stays to deep cleaning and post-construction work.
Her thorough and reliable approach gives us real peace of mind, knowing every space is cared for and always in top condition.
