Real Estate & Property Management

We buy, renovate, and manage properties across the country — from family homes and apartments to agricultural land. Each project is approached with a balance of practicality and preservation, ensuring that spaces not only work well but also keep their character.

Our property management covers everything from maintenance and tenant care to administration and ongoing improvement.

Grants & Development

We make use of national and EU grant programs supporting agriculture, energy efficiency, and property renovation. These projects help us improve sustainability and bring new life to traditional operations.

Bristvi Association

Through the Bristvi Association, we put continuous effort into revitalizing the landscape around the village of Bristvi.
We focus on planting trees, bringing more greenery into the countryside, and restoring historical structures — from those dating back to the Thirty Years' War to buildings shaped by the communist era and earlier times.

We also work with other local associations and take part in community and non-profit projects within the Local Action Group MAS Podlipansko.
