What we do in the U.S.
We operate primarily in Florida, where we focus on property acquisition, construction, and management.
We value the region for its clear property rights, strong economic outlook, and stable environment for long-term investment.

Our work in Czech Republic
In the Czech Republic, we are involved in real estate and farming.
The Zert family has orchards in Central Bohemia, and we'd like to keep that tradition going — expanding the land, growing fruit, and using the soil in modern, sustainable ways.
It's a mix of business and continuity — taking care of what already works and improving it step by step.
The Zert Heritage
The family has been farming in Briství near Kolin since 1671.
One of us is part of the eleventh generation, and the orchards — mainly apples, pears, and strawberries — are still there.
It's a story we didn't create, but we get to continue it. That feels like something worth doing — especially as new ideas keep coming that can move the family's work forward in new ways.
